Im deleting this app.

When trying to load app it does not load. Always crashes

I noticed a lot of people writing reviews that the app crashes instantly. If you turn Location Settings on for the app, the program loads without issue. Unfortunately, once open, the app doesnt offer any useful information. It loaded a map with my current location, but there were no pins indicating traffic on Oahu. On a Monday morning, you would expect there to be a few somewhere on the island. If the app is pulling the info from public tweets, what is the hash tag people should be using to make it effective? There didnt appear to be any menus, buttons or icons allowing you to learn more about the app or allow you to customize it. I downloaded this app because it was on the County & City of Honolulu website, but it should go through more development before being offered to the public.

wont open - crashes - Ill change my review if they fix it, but wont hold my breath...

You have to select location services immediately or the app will crash. Even after getting it to run, roads arent displayed and the blue dot showing location drifts off the screen. Uninstalled.
